We use WorldPay (www.worldpay.com) as our credit card payment processor, which means it is actually WorldPay that will be charging your credit card and not Bow Wow Pets. 

Your credit card information is never sent to us..it remains secure with WorldPay. The only information that WorldPay sends us is your name, address and contact details, along with confirmation that the transaction was successful. 

WorldPay is the payment processing arm of the Royal Bank of Scotland and is the largest payment processor in Europe.   The WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data.

Furthermore, Worldpay public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that both the shopper and retailer can have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.

Additionally we use Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode which gives an additional layer of security for your online transactions.  

Once you have placed your order, you will be taken to the WorldPay secure server to enter your card details and complete your purchase transaction. 

You should then receive an email from us to confirm your order request (please check to ensure all details are correct) and another from WorldPay to confirm your intent to pay by card.
