Delivery charges will be calculated exactly at checkout, where you have several options available.
We have a physical store based in Newcastle called Meadow Hill Animal Feeds. If you are local to Newcastle or Northumberland please use our sister site www.meadowhillfeeds.co.uk where free local delivery is available.
Exact delivery costs will be calculated BEFORE you are asked to checkout.
We offer Free Delivery on all orders greater than £50 which weigh in total less than 30kg.
Our delivery times for "Free Delivery" are typically 3-4 days.
Unfortunately Large Bales items including Large Bale Woodshavings, Large Bale Animal Bedding, Large Bale Fibre Feeds and Haylage bales are not included in our Free Shipping offer. This is due to size restrictions imposed by our Couriers.
Delivery by courier is typically 3 days. Express delivery (Next day) is also available.
Larger orders maybe delivered by the pallet.
The exact delivery cost is dependent on the products ordered and the delivery address. For example, some of our larger products attract a surcharge from couriers. An indication of delivery costs are outline below however please note exact delivery charges are calculated BEFORE you are asked to checkout.

Delivery charges for Large bale items such as Large Bale Animal Bedding, Large Bale Fibre Horse Feeds and Haylage Bales are charged at £4.99 per item.

Free Delivery promotions only apply to the promotional products. Delivery may be charged for any additional items
Unfortunately due to additional charges imposed by our couriers and the typical weights of our products, we do not deliver to Highlands and Islands (Postcodes IV, HS,AB31-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, KA27-28, FK19-21, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH1, PH5-10, PH15-26, PH30-44, PA80-88, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE,), Isle of Man (Postcodes IM,), Guernsey (Postcodes GY1 - GY9), Jersey (Postcodes JE1 - JE4), Isle of Scilly (Postcodes TR21-25), Northern Ireland (Postcodes BT) or BFPO addresses (BFPO1 - BFPO999)
We do not deliver to outside of the UK including BFPO addresses.
Orders received after our deadline of 11am will be processed the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday. We do not process orders on a Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holidays. Delivery days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
The above delivery times are estimates. You may recieve your goods earlier than this date. Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
In some instances delivery time could be longer due to circumstances beyond our control such as during extreme weather, In these situations we ask that you allow for an extended delivery date
We can offer you a full refund on your item and postage if the parcel has not been dispatched. If the item has been dispatched and not delivered in normal circumstances within 7 days we will offer you a full refund on the cost of your item and postage.
Please note some deliveries may need to be signed for. It is your responsibilty to ensure that you are home and able to sign for deliveries or to collect the item if the courier was unable to find you at home. If you request that items are left without a signature (ie with a neighbour) you will be liable should the items not be recieved. Parcels are left without a signature at the discretion of the driver.
If you are not at home to receive your delivery, we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
In you decide to return any goods we will provide a refund within 30 days, but unfortunately we cannot refund the return cost of postage. The cost of returning any goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact Bow Wow Pets through our contact form to obtain a returns authorisation code, within 7 working days of receiving your goods. Please include your name, address, order number, date of purchase and the payment method. You do not have to provide any reason for return however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer in the future.
If the goods are faulty or misdescribed then we will refund the return cost of postage. Before we can replace or refund an item we will ask for the item to be returned back to us by the cheapest means possible. Please contact us before you arrange return postage as we may request that you return the item back to us by recorded delivery in the post or we may arrange for the item to be collected by our carrier. The goods must be packed as received to avoid any possible damage.

Used items including, but not limited to, Food, toys, treats, medicines, vitamins and supplement cannot be returned
All parts, instructions, manuals and original packaging must be included.
Custom orders and personalised items cannot be returned
