Burns Dog food was developed by Veterinary Surgeon, John Burns in 1993. His experience of pet health problems related to food led him to develop a high quality dog food that matched the quality of a home cooked diet. Burns cat and dog food uses only high quality grains and animal proteins making it very digestible, and all their products are hypo-allergenic and free from artificial additives.
Burns continues to be a family business and uses only ethical practices when making its range of dog food. They use locally sourced ingredients and do not test their products on animals (apart from taste tests with their own dogs)
