Bow Wow Pets is an independent business established in 2011. We have a passion for all animals and are proud owners of two lovely lurchers, Harry and Archie and Oscar the horse, all of whom make great product testers. Through the business we are proud to support a range of local and national animal charities including Northumberland Greyhound Rescue and Great British Greyhound Walk.

Harry the Lurcher

We rescued Harry from the pound in April 2009.  We're not sure exactly how old he was, but we think he's about 6 or 7 years old currently.  

Archie the Lurcher

Archie is another rescue from the same pound, but was a bit younger when we got him, probably about 12 months old.  Archie bagged us in April 2011.  We don't have many good pictures of Archie, despite our best efforts as he wont keep still for long enough! 

Oscar

I've been lucky to own Oscar since 2002.  He's retired now due to umpteen lumps, bumps and general old age setting in.  Oscar is a shiverer but this didn't affect him hardly at all, in fact he got better as he got older.  

Last but not least....

Bertie is Harry and Archie's cousin from "down north" (Lancashire).  Bertie warrants a special mention in the Bow Wow Pets pets gallery as he is a) special and b) he is our International Tough Toy Tester.  Yes that's right folks, this little Parsons Jack Russell terrier can chew his way through a concrete wall.  We give him the job of testing all our tough toys and treats, and can safely say that the only ones to survive beyond a week are StagBars.  Great job Bertie Woo!
